Rich infusions of modern resources and electronic contouring coupled with hand forged instruments and old world sounds from oriental and SE Asian cultures. These are unique science fiction landscapes, imaginative spaces harnessed in the service of dance, physical theatre.
Illuminated music, poised somewhere between myth and history, luminous boundaries separating past and future dissolving. From the threshold of a Corycian cave, sensing the revolutions happening in the world, and the vast dimension of our own lives.

Born in 1941, Jon Keliehor’s music for contemporary dance, ballet, theatre and film has produced a unique
catalogue of percussion and electronic based compositions. As a drummer he has
worked with The Doors, recorded for James Brown, Frank Zappa, the Daily Flash and various
psychedelic pioneers. Since relocating in the UK and retraining in ethnic hand
percussion he has created works for London Contemporary Dance Theatre, Royal
Ballet, Lindsay Kemp Theatre, Theatre of Lies, DanzaHoy in Caracas, Gamelan
Pacifica, Seattle, Pat Graney Dance, Gamelan Naga Mas, Glasgow, Royston Maldoom
and many others. His music catalogue is diverse.
